Rest and Refresh: A Taste of Silence

This half day retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and experience a taste of silence. Although this is not a fully silent retreat, we will explore our relationship to silence through guided reflection, silent prayer and intentional pauses. The day will conclude with a calming sound bath and silent meditation.
