Give yourself the gift of space and time to rest and refresh your body, mind, and spirit.  You’ll have plenty of unhurried moments for personal reflection and quiet time to reconnect with yourself.  Nourishing practices, including meditation, contemplative prayer, gentle sound baths, nature reflections, and simple creative expression, will be offered.
