When we open our hearts to the movement of the Holy Spirit, something beautiful begins to take root within us.
Walk in the Spirit is a creative journey exploring the Fruits of the Spirit in three monthly gatherings. You’ll explore and experience cultivating the Fruits of the Spirit through scripture, contemplative prayer and meditation, journaling, simple art practices and music. Each session will contain a balance of quiet reflection and an invitation for group sharing.
Whether you come to one or join all three- each session offers a meaningful retreat on its own.
Monthly Themes:
September: Love, Joy, Peace
October: Patience, Kindness, Goodness
November: Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control

Rest and Refresh and Return to Love
Registration opens soon!
Give yourself the gift of space and time to rest and refresh your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll have plenty of unhurried moments for personal reflection and quiet time to reconnect with yourself. The theme of love will be woven throughout the day with nourishing practices including meditation, contemplative prayer, gentle sound baths, nature reflections, and a simple creative expression. Take the journey back to yourself and remember- you are loved!
**Things you can bring, but are not necessary: journal and pen, yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you wish to lie down during meditation or you are called to rest.
